Direct Valuation of lengths - Parquet floor
This parquet floor is made from 30 cm clear lengths cut from flooring boards.
Please state how much more or less you would pay per square metre for this finished parquet floor based on its appearance, compared with a floor made from longer board lengths (>1.2m) that are the same width and grade.
